Birmingham’s prominent Norfolk House had a complete refurbishment being transformed into a contemporary Grade A building, making it a high specification office space. The full 80,000sqft refurbishment encompasses the buildings 6 floors, including reception area, creating an appealing and up-to-date working environment. 

 

Our tender for the refurbishment included works on the 1st, 3rd and Ground Floors. All work was completed to the clients’ specification and a high standard, within budget and delivered on time.
