JD Electrical and Mechanical Services have an active apprenticeship scheme, which supports apprentices to rise through the training programme and giving you the best possible site experience and opportunities. We operate in conjunction with JTL Training (www.jtltraining.com).
We have great pride in our qualified staff, many who have risen through this scheme, with much more following them. There is an opportunity and potential to progress through the ranks from qualified electrician to site foreman and beyond. 

JTL is a not-for-profit company delivering apprenticeships in the building services engineering sector. It operates across England and Wales but despite being a national provider, offers local support through a team of over 130 specialist Training Officers, ensuring there is a locally based individual to support all its apprentices and all the employers with which the company works. JTL currently has more than 6,000 apprentices at various stages of their apprenticeships and works with more than 3,000 employers across the country.
