JD Electrical has completed this project compromising of a 19,500 M² single storey warehouse together with 2000 M² of two storey office accommodation. This project was completed on time despite the Covid-19 restrictions. Valued at £1.2 million it was constructed for the developer SEGRO and fitted out for their tenant Bunzl. The project comprised of a compete fitout of the warehouse and office areas to the developers and Bunzl’s specification, including a separate transport office within the warehouse. The scope of works comprised :-

• Earthing and bonding
